His Excellency the High Commissioner of Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Sri Lanka, Major General (Retired) Dr. Nayyar Naseer paid a courtesy call on the Commandant on 6^th July 2026.

Upon his arrival, the High Commissioner was warmly welcomed by the Commandant, followed by a formal call-on. The discussions centred on opportunities for intellectual engagement and academic cooperation. To mark the visit more memorable and significant, the High Commissioner presented a collection of books to the NDC Library.

This visit underscores the enduring friendship between the two countries and reaffirms their shared commitment to advancing academic and professional development at the NDC.
