COMMENCEMENT OF THE PRE-COURSE MODULE FOR COURSE NUMBER 05, YEAR 2026

The Pre-course module for the NS&SS course number 05, year 2026 commenced on 10^th December 2025, with the participation of 26 officers representing the Tri-Services. Faculty members and the staff extended warm welcome to the new course participants.

Following the initial briefing by SDS(AF) Air Commodore Sujeewa Ponnamperuma, Brigadier Thusitha Bandara SDS(Ay) briefed on course module and general instructions (academic).

Further, pre-course module designed to familiarize participants with academic writing, brief idea about research methodology, critical thinking, and mindfulness thereby equipping them with essential skills that will support their successful engagement with the eleven-months course ahead.
