GRADUATION CEREMONY OF NDC COURSE NUMBER 4

The Graduation Ceremony of the NDC, National Security & Strategic Studies course number 4, year 2025 was held on 27th November 2025 at the Auditorium of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University(KDU).

The ceremony was honoured by the gracious presence of Honourable Deputy Minister of Defence, Major General Aruna Jayasekara(Retd) WWV RSP VSV USP ndc psc, as the Chief Guest.

The event marked the culmination of 11 months long academic engagement, strategic learning and professional development by the course participants. Chief Guest commended graduates for their dedication and highlighted the importance of advanced defence education. He further appreciated the commitment of all staff of NDC, shaping strategic leaders for the future, and achievement of recognition that the institution has gained through maintaining high standard. 41 senior military and police officers from local and overseas graduated, representing 15 senior officers from SL Army, 07 from SL Navy, 06 from SL Air Force and 03 from Police Department. The overseas participation represents; 01 each from Bangladesh and India, 02 from Sultanate of Oman and 06 from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Senior military officers, distinguish guests, faculty members and the families of graduates attended the ceremony, making it a memorable, significant and dignified.
