VISIT TO BIYAGAMA BOARD OF INVESTMENT (BOI) ZONE

To gain practical exposure and wider knowledge Course Participants visited Biyagama BOI Zone on 30 May 2025, in par with the ‘Economic Security: Regional and Global Compulsions’ module.

Zone Director, Mr. Kitsiri Kumarasinghe and Senior Deputy Director (Zone Management) Mr. Dhammika Basnaike conducted presentations providing an opportunity for interesting interactive discussion. The Course Participants were also given the opportunity to witness operations at Sri Lanka Gama Center; the Multipurpose Gamma Irradiation Facility belongs to the Sri Lanka Atomic Energy Board.
