VISIT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL ARCHIVES

Participants of NS&SS Course No. 04 visited the Department of National Archives on 28 March 2025 as part of their academic activities in par with the ‘Sri Lankan Studies’ module.

The visit aimed to enhance participants' understanding of archival management, historical documentation and national heritage preservation. Also, the visit provided an opportunity for interactive discussions on how archival records contribute to researches with practical exposure to the preservation labs, digitalization units and historical records repository.
