Vice Admiral Priyantha Perera RSP** USP ndu psc BA (DS) Hons MSc (DS) Mgt PWO MMaritime pol MSc (MS&NSSS), the Commander of the Navy, visited the National Defence College on 23 October 2024, to deliver an insightful lecture on the topic “Sri Lanka Navy: National Security Concerns”.
