Secretary to the Ministry of Defence General G.D.H. Kamal Gunaratne (Retd) WWV RWP RSP USP ndc psc MPhil delivered a lecture to Course No 02 (10 November 2023).

During the lecture, The Secretary to the Ministry of Defence extensively elaborated and discussed "National Security aspects of the country", covering broad range of subject matter.

Having Q&A interactive session with Course Participants, the Secretary clarified and broaden the horizon of course participants queries.

The lecture session was very informative and touched the national security strategies.
