National Defence College hosts 'Diners Club', featuring Sri Lankan war veterans to share Strategic insights on three decades of conflict

In an another profoundly enlightening ‘Diners Club’ event, the National Defence College, brought together a distinguished group of Sri Lankan war veterans to share their profound experiences and strategic insights with course participants and staff of the National Defence College on 19 October 2023. The theme of this unprecedented gathering was 'Decoding the three decades of Sri Lankan conflict: Unravelling strategic insights.'

The event was conducted as a round table discussion and Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne (Retd) WV RWP & Bar RSP VSV USP ndc psn, Major General GVDUA Perera (Retd) RWP RSP VSV USP USAWC rcds psc, Major General (Retd) NJ Walgama RSP VSV USP ndu psc, Major General (Retd) G Hettiarachchi (Rtd) WWV RWP RSP VSV USP psc, Lieutenant Colonel SD Peiris (Retd) USP psc, and Profeser Ranjana Wickrema Seneviratne were invited to this esteemed gathering to share their experience with the audience.
