Dr. Dayan Jayatilleka delivers a Lecture at NDC

A very important, timely and productive lecture was conducted by Dr. Dayan Jayatilleka today (21 August) on "Sino-Russian Relationship; Perfect Imbalance".

The lecturer has wealth of experience in the fields of following:

 Sri Lankan Ambassador to the Russian Federation, France, accredited to Spain and Portugal,
 Permanent Delegate of Sri Lanka to UNESCO. Permanent Representative/Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the United Nations at Geneva and other International Organizations in Switzerland.

The Commandant awarded a copy of NDC Research journal 2022 as a memento to Dr. Dayan Jayatilleka to signify the occasion.
