National Defence College Warmly Welcomes The Chief of Air Staff, Indian Air Force

A delegation, headed by Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari PVSM AVSM VM ADC Chief of the Air Staff, paid a courtesy visit to NDC and the delegation was welcomed by the Commandant Major General Sujeewa Senarath Yapa RWP RSP ndu, this morning (02 May 2023).

The delegation comprised five senior officers from the Indian Air Force and the Defence Advisor to Sri Lanka together with few civilian staff attached to High Commission of India in Colombo.

Chief of Air staff had a formal discussion with Commandant and he address the course participants of NDC followed by question-and-answer session.

Marking the visit of Chief of the Air Staff India, NDC received 10 million worth of books to college library.

The Commandant of the NDC and the Head of the Delegation exchanged mementoes of goodwill and friendship as a customary.

Before the envoys’ departure, the Head of the Delegation marked his compliments in the Visitors’ Book.
