Secretary to the Ministry of Defence General G.D.H. Kamal Gunaratne (Retd) WWV RWP RSP USP ndc psc MPhil delivered a Lecture on " National Security Strategy Decision-Making Structure in Sri Lanka" today (10 August) at NDC.

The Commandant Major General Amal Karunasekara RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc MSc handed over a memento to General G.D.H. Kamal Gunaratne (Retd) to signify the occasion. The Secretary to the Ministry of Defence also presented a memento to the College.

Before leaving the NDC, he endorsed his compliments in the Visitors’ Book and appeared for a group photograph marking his visit to the NDC.
