Rear Admiral YN Jayarathna (Retd) RWP *, RSP, USP, ndu, psc delivered a Lecture on "Analysis of National Security strategy formulation of some key countries" today (27 July) at NDC.

He is the former Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Navy, former Chief of Hydrographer of the Sri Lanka Navy and the Joint Staff Hydrographer to the Government of Sri Lanka

He endorsed his compliments in the Visitors’ Book in marking his visit to the NDC.
