General R. M. D. Ratnayake (Retd) WWV, RWP, RSP, USP ndu psc delivered a Lecture on "Characteristics of strategic environment and its implications" today (29 June) at NDC.

He was the 20th Commander of the Sri Lanka Army and is the current Secretary to the Ministry of Industries and former Chairman, Sri Lanka Ports Authority.

During his visit, Brigadier WASR Wijedasa WWV RSP USP psc was fortune in presenting “ මිනිසා” the second publication authored by him.

The Commandant Major General Amal Karunasekara RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc MSc handed over a memento to General R. M. Daya Ratnayake (Retd) in signifying the occasion.

He also endorsed his compliments in the Visitors’ Book in marking his visit to the NDC.
