Air Chief Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala delivers a lecture at NDC

Air Chief Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala RWP, RSP, VSV, USP, M Phil (Def & Strat Stu), MSc (Def Stu) in Mgt, MIM (SL), ndc, psc delivered a Lecture on "Assessment of Central Asia’s contemporary strategic issues and International Security: Special emphasis to Afghanistan" today (12 May) at NDC.

The Commandant handed over a memento to Air Chief Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala in signifying the occasion.

He also endorsed his compliments in the Visitors’ Book in marking his visit to the NDC.
