Study Visit to Colombo Port City

As a part of the Academic curriculum, local visits are arranged to strategic locations and institutions to get wider exposure and first-hand knowledge, understanding of the impact, prospects and key activities of the project.

Accordingly, Major General Amal Karunasekara, the Commandant of National Defence College, Senior Officers of NDC and the participants of NDC Course No: 01 paid a visit to Colombo Port City on 15th March 2022.

The NDC Delegation was welcomed by the Project Management team and a comprehensive briefing was done by Eng Raja Edirisinghe, Chairman of the Board of Investment/ Port City Development Project and Mr. Kanil Hattotuwa.

Symbolic mementoes were also exchanged to mark the visit.
