The Secretary Defence visits National Defence College

General Kamal Gunaratne (Rtd) WWV, RWP, RSP, USP, ndc, psc, Mphil Secretary of Ministry of Defence visited the National Defence College to witness the infrastructure development projects on 30th April 2021.

The Secretary Defense advised on the special improvements to be made to elevate the outlook of the college and internal arrangements.
