The Australian government extends further assistance to NDC

Australian Department of Defence presented 600 books to the Commandant of the NDC on 08 sep 2020. The 600 books consisted of 220 different titles covering subjects related to international relations, security, strategy and policy.

Australia assured their firm assistance for the establishment of NDC since its inception and seconded a resource person to compile the curriculum of the NDC.

Subsequently they offered the scholarship from the Australian National University for an officer to qualify in a Master of National Security Policy and serve in the NDC.

Therefore, the donation of books to NDC comes as a continuation of the Australian government's assistance for the establishment of NDC Sri Lanka.
